My interest in the field of intuition and self-empowerment began when I was a young adult. I used journaling, to manage my own personal stress.
The practice I created taught me so much about myself. The insights I gained from journaling began to steer my life in a much different direction. I discovered I had more confidence, creativity, and less self-doubt. From this experience I developed a systematic approach towards creating change and positive growth - a practice I would, twenty years later, call My Daily Drive, an Agenda for Your Mind, Body, Spirit and Lifestyle.
Today, my method is shared with individuals, entrepreneurs, universities, and within corporate wellness programs.
People who seek to tie a well-being practice to their personal and professional creating new opportunities, a sense of renewal and purpose enjoy the benefits of a practice that starts with only 9 minutes a day.
Growing up in the Berkshires in Massachusetts, I often found myself helping my Grandmother who ran the family auto dealership. Having been exposed to a family business structure at such a young age, I developed a stellar professional foundation that would later give me the ability to meet any challenge with the creativity needed to problem solve. Aside from being able to wear many hats, I learned to serve a variety of clients, communicate and understand complex products, and people. I developed the tenacity to set and achieve my goals, while always maintaining a healthy dose of reality, resiliency, and sense of humor.
My education and career aspirations landed me in New York City where I studied art, fashion, and marketing.
Since then I have started and ran many profitable companies.
My drive is fueled by helping people, businesses, associations, and colleges develop their entrepreneurial thinking, and expand their ability to create change.
Agility, creativity, and having the right mindset are the pillars to staying relevant today while running just about anything, especially a business. My Daily Drive's method of success is to always be looking and moving forward, despite all the twists and turns daily life and owning a business can bring.

As a Human Resource Professional, I believe that some of the universal themes shared such as goal setting, mind mapping, visioning, mindfulness, meditation and expression of gratitude
could also be applied in the workplace.
